Established in 1999 as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for liquid silicone rubber (LSR) products for infants, we grew to be an incorporated company in 2002 and proudly acquired ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System accreditation in 2015.

 

Through these years, we as an OEM have grown from strength to strength and expanded our business to produce high quality liquid silicone rubber products for other companies. As a leading industry specialist, we can leverage our expertise and resources to meet clientele needs as well as customize a variety of products in different shapes, sizes, functions and materials.

Our silicone teats are made from top quality liquid silicone rubber material which are durable, odorless, non-toxic, heat resistant and food grade quality. These imported raw materials are also Nitrosamine free and compliant with US FDA regulations. Our products are safe for infants and compliant with EN71 Part 3:1974 – Migration of Certain Elements.

Why Choose Liquid

Silicone Rubber (LSR)?

Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) products are created through injection moulding processes, consisting of two components. Component A contains a catalyst while Component B acts as the crosslinking constituent for adhesion and to improve stability. Silicone materials are available in a variety of shore hardness for different applications.

The liquid silicone rubber materials are transferred to the moulding machine via a pneumatic pumping mechanism to ensure proper delivery of both A and B components. The materials are combined in the mixing head and cured for moulding processes. Colorants can be added depending on applications.

Liquid injection molding is the most efficient method for manufacturing silicone products. It yields the highest productivity at the lowest cost as there is minimum wastage during production. Injection molding is suitable for high volume production of small to medium sized parts.
